During my spring break of my sophomore year, we drove to Durango, Colorado and let me tell you it was a trip and a half. We got lost on a trail, almost died more than once, and ran out of gas often. However, Colorado is insanely beautiful, you can literally smell the freshness when you step out of the car for the first time. On our last day of our short trip I tricked my friends into driving the Million Dollar Highway. Even with anxieties high it was impossible not to just be taken away by the roads that carved into the mountains. I am still in awe of what is on our earth and I am that much more excited to travel more.
